John K. Ford

(Retired)
Attorney John K. Ford received his A.B. degree from Boston College in 1967 and his J.D. degree from Boston College Law School in 1970.

After his admission to the Massachusetts bar in 1970, he practiced law at a Boston law firm from 1971 to 1974, where he gained extensive experience as a trial attorney in workers' compensation and personal injury lawsuits.

Between 1974 and 1995, Atty. Ford was an associate in the Law Offices of Bernard Cohen, Inc. in Brockton, Massachusetts, where he represented injured workers and their families before the State and Federal Workers' Compensation Boards in claims against insurance companies.

In 1995 attorneys Ford, Mulholland and Moran founded their own law office, concentrating exclusively in the representation of injured workers and accident victims.

Bernard J. Mulholland

Bernard J. Mulholland is a principal in the firm of Ford, Mulholland & Moran, P.C. He was, for twelve years prior to forming his own firm, an associate with the law offices of Bernard Cohen, Inc. He is a member of and past chairman of the Workers' Compensation Subcommittee of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and of the Plymouth County Bar Association.

Mr. Mulholland is a graduate of Phillips Academy of Andover, Harvard College, and Suffolk University Law School. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for Plymouth County. He has been representing injured workers for the past sixteen years and has lectured at numerous seminars sponsored by MCLE, Inc., as well as by the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and various other professional organizations.

John F. Moran

John F. Moran graduated in 1972 from Boston Latin School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1976 from Boston College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from Boston College Law School in 1979. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1979 and was admitted to practice in federal district court in 1980

From 1979 to 1985, Attorney Moran worked as an attorney for the insurance company of a Fortune 500 company. From 1985 to 1995, he was an associate with the Law Offices of Bernard Cohen, Inc., representing injured people in workers' compensation, personal injury and Social Security disability claims.

Since August 1995 he has been a principal in Ford, Mulholland and Moran, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in workers' compensation, personal injury and Social Security disability cases.

He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Plymouth County Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
